OBS → Settings → Stream → Service Custom. Use RTMPS for an encrypted feed (recommended), RTMP otherwise. Add the stream key after the app name, exactly as shown.

Get the server URL and stream key from each platform's live dashboard. YouTube/Twitch keys are permanent; Facebook gives a fresh key per broadcast (or a persistent key if you enable one).
